Exceptionally comfortable beds & large rooms.

Great location close to a non-denominational chapel. The room was updated, spacious, and included a couch, a small kitchen, and a living room. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food options.

The staff is consistently courteous. The hotel offers amazing services and an excellent location near the universities, PIttsburgh for medical reasons, and local attractions like the Museum and Cathedral. The newly remodeled rooms are updated and exceptionally comfortable. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. It's a great way to end the weekend.

There was the plentiful breakfast, loved the location.

There was a great selection of tasty meals. My hotel room was beautifully maintained and huge with a view. This was an unbeatable location next to the Museum and Cathedral of Learning and many renown universities and other local stores. A great selection of restaurants to eat close by, like All India Restaurant that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

As longer-term business travelers, we loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff who were always willing to assist with our needs. The room was top-notch, especially the fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook our own meals. The pool was also a highlight with a great hot tub surprise!

Was just one night but a great stay. Great room and good price, bfast was good and all the ammen. And the driver that took us to game was a big help

They took from my credit card $ 300 for no reason and when I contacted them to find out why they said that due to spill something on the floor, although this did not happen

The hotel was spotless and the staff were hospitable and attentive. The location was unbeatable and nice in an incredible area, adjacent to Carnegie museums and all major bus lines into the city. Spent a nice evening at Turkish Grille, located extremely close to the venue. The service provided there was outstanding.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our adventure in the city. It was close to everything we wanted to see, including the museum. We also appreciated that there was a grocery store nearby, making it easy for us to grab snacks and supplies for our outings. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options, ensuring that we started our day off right. Additionally, the staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The only downside was the limited shuttle service, which only took us to a shopping area.

This venue has a great atmosphere, friendly reception staff, a lovely pool area, and a tasty breakfast featuring fresh fruit and yogurts.

Not exactly a "gourmet" breakfast and the 2 elevators/2nd floor lobby is kind of a pain.
